- Public descriptions place the community at roughly 400 acres with approximately 130 estate residences on large lots. Treat these as approximate editorial figures rather than surveyed counts — acreage and home counts change with build-out and should be verified against county records.
- When was Skyecroft built?

- Skyecroft is not a golf community. Its amenity focus is the clubhouse, pool, tennis, lakes, and trails. Several golf clubs operate elsewhere in the Waxhaw, Weddington, and Ballantyne area for residents who want membership.
- Are there lakes and walking trails?
- Yes — the site plan incorporates lakes with stone bridge crossings and trail connections through the community's common green space. Our illustrated community map shows the general locations; it is illustrative rather than a surveyed plat.
- Is Skyecroft family-friendly?
- The community's low density, sidewalk-and-trail circulation, gated entry, and pool and tennis amenities are commonly cited by residents with children, as is the Weddington school assignment. Households of every configuration live here.
