Setting and daily drive
Morrocroft Estates is a short drive from SouthPark and well inside Charlotte. Skyecroft is in southern Union County, closer to Waxhaw and Weddington, with a longer drive to SouthPark but a more rural setting.
Homes and architecture
Both communities feature large custom homes. Land in SouthPark is priced at in-town levels, which shifts more of a home's value into the lot. In Skyecroft, more of the value sits in the house and its architecture.
