The Place
Community
The land, the gates, the governance, and the shared amenities.
Orientation
Community, in context.
Skyecroft reads first as land: roughly four hundred acres of rolling southern Union County held behind a single controlled entrance, with lakes, trails, and amenity parcels retained as common area rather than sold off as lots.
These chapters cover how the community was assembled and planned, what the gates actually enclose, and how shared property is maintained and governed day to day.
